Fun Factor: Obviously your not getting a anything close to a real laptop for around $30, but this one works on two levels. First your getting a transformer themed game, and second it's a laptop for those kids who like to be like mom or dad and their laptop. The games built in are learning oriented and for age 5 to 9. Educational: The games built in are good at teaching some basic words and spelling. In addition there are some just for fun type games. Replay Value: Somewhat limited compared to a game system like the 3DS or LeapFrog.

Very cool little tornado simulator in a small cylinder. Fun Factor: Neat desktop toy or entertainment for those fascinated by tornadoes. Educational: Limited value here, but can encourage kids to research more about weather phenomenon. This is a real weather station modeled on the much more expensive professional weather stations. It is great for weather experiments by the young scientist. Fun Factor: Not really meant to be "family fun" this is for kids who enjoy science projects, learning, and discovery. Educational: Great for learning when coupled with weather experiments. Durability: Great for the very low cost, but don't expect it to last a decade.

Rory's Story Cubes rewards creativity by having kids link the pictures on the dice to a story they are telling. How they link those pictures and the meaning of the pictures is up to the story teller. This is one where the fun is really only limited by your imagination. Fun Factor: While playing with my wife and daughter it was amazing to see what they came up with, and how we all encouraged each other and laughed at the silliest things.
